In short
- We use no advertising or tracking tools and no cookies that need your consent. Visits from outside the EU are counted without cookies.
- We use the details you send us only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run that work.
- We never sell personal data.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details: connect@relyblue.com.
Who we are
RelyBlue Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62090GJ2025PTC169779) is responsible for your personal data on this website (the controller).
- Registered office: Office No. 204, Second Floor, Eva 1 Complex, Plot No. 2136, C.S. No. 2776, Atabhai Road, Sanskar Mandal, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
- Main office: 1101, Colonnade, Iskcon Crossroads, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059, India.
- Email: connect@relyblue.com.
We are based in India and work with clients in Europe. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the personal data of people in the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR to people in the United Kingdom and the Federal Act on Data Protection to people in Switzerland. We apply the same standard to everyone.
What we collect and why
When you visit the website
Every visit sends technical data: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, the page you came from and the time. Our hosting and network providers use it to deliver the pages and to protect the site from attacks and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The providers keep these records only briefly, and we do not use them to identify you.
Visits from outside the European Union are also counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics. A small script reports the page you opened, the page you came from, your browser and device type and how fast the page loaded, and Cloudflare works out your country from your IP address. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you across sites; we see only totals, such as page views per country. It is not loaded for visitors in the EU. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any content blocker stops it, and the site works the same.
When you send us an enquiry
Through the contact form you give us your name, business email, phone number, company, the topic you need help with and, if you choose, a service and a message. If you email us, we receive what you write. We use these details only to reply to you, to prepare for the conversation you asked for and, if we agree to work together, to run that work. We use them for nothing else.
Legal basis: steps you asked us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, when you write for your company, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We need the fields marked * to reply; the rest is optional.
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you. If we sign a contract with you or your company, we keep business correspondence for as long as company and tax law requires. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we send news or marketing only if you ask for it.
When you apply for a job
If you email your resume to careers@relyblue.com, we use it and the details in your email to assess your application and to contact you about it. Legal basis: steps before a possible employment contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep an application for up to six months after we decide on the role, or longer only if you agree. An open application, sent for future roles, is kept for up to twelve months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
When you use Explore Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
Explore Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), our guide at learn.relyblue.com, has its own privacy notice. It explains the details its request form asks for (name, work email, organisation, job title, country and an optional reason) and that they are used only to decide on access and manage it.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so it does not ask for cookie consent. It uses only what is strictly necessary:
- One entry in your browser's session storage, so the short intro animation plays only once per visit. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us.
- Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie (such as __cf_bm, which lasts 30 minutes) to tell people from automated attacks.
- For visitors outside the EU only, the Cloudflare Web Analytics script described above. It stores nothing in your browser.
Fonts, images and the site's own scripts are served from relyblue.com itself, so opening a page does not send your data to font or content networks. The careers page loads the open roles from our own server at learn.relyblue.com. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube are plain links: those services receive data only if you follow them, under their own privacy policies.
Who receives your data
We share personal data only with service providers that process it for us under a data processing agreement, and only as far as they need it:
- Hostinger: hosts this website.
- Cloudflare: delivers and protects the website, counts visits from outside the EU, passes contact form messages to our email and serves the list of open roles.
- Brevo (France): delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Microsoft 365: our email and office software, where your messages are kept.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or a public authority. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers outside Europe
Our team works from India, and some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States. These countries do not have the same data protection laws as the EU. Where a provider processes your data outside the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, it does so under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, for US providers certified under it, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. Ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data (access);
- correct it (rectification);
- delete it (erasure);
- limit how we use it (restriction);
- give you the data you provided in a machine-readable format (portability);
- stop using it where we rely on our legitimate interests (objection).
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect what we did before. To use any of these rights, email connect@relyblue.com. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm who you are first.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU or EEA country where you live or work or where you think the problem happened. The European Data Protection Board lists the authorities. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office, and in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
No automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not build profiles of you.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
